We hope you love your purchase from Eight and Crew, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return guidelines below.
🩵 Preorders
All preorder items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you’re local and the size you need is available, we’re happy to offer a size swap — just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to check availability.
💫 In-Stock Items
In-stock items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Tags must still be attached.
• Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed.
📦 How to Start a Return
Please email hello@eightandcrew.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
You’ll receive instructions on where to send your return or how to arrange a local drop-off.
🛍️ Additional Notes
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
• Seasonal, sale items, accessories, and preorder pieces are final sale.
Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for your interest in our pre-order items. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Estimated Availability
Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive within a specified timeframe. While we strive to provide accurate estimated arrival dates, these timeframes are not guaranteed and may change due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
Many of our pre-order items rely on international shipping and third-party suppliers. As a result, delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or global logistics disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by international shipping or circumstances outside of our control.
Order Fulfillment
Your order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item arrives at our facility and is processed. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.
Updates & Communication
We will do our best to keep customers informed of any significant changes or delays regarding pre-order items. However, we appreciate your patience and understanding as timelines may shift.
