Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Stock Availability We aim to keep our online inventory accurate and up-to-date. However, if an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email, offer substitution options, or provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs and Methods Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout and collected at the time of purchase. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

3. Shipping Times and Delivery

3.1 Domestic Shipping Orders within the United States typically arrive in 2-7 business days after dispatch.

3.2 International Shipping International orders typically arrive within 4-22 business days depending on your selected shipping method. Transit estimates are provided during checkout.

3.3 Dispatch Times Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. In case of delays, customers will be informed promptly.

3.4 Address Changes Changes to the delivery address can be made only prior to dispatch. Please contact us immediately at hello@eightandcrew.com with any address change requests.

3.5 P.O. Box Addresses We ship to P.O. boxes using USPS services exclusively. Courier services are not available for P.O. box addresses.

3.6 Military Addresses We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS. Courier service is not available for these addresses.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that allows you to monitor your shipment's progress and delivery status.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

5.1 Lost Shipments If your shipment appears to be lost, please first contact the courier directly to initiate a claim. We recommend reaching out to us at hello@eightandcrew.com if additional documentation or support is required.

5.2 Delayed Shipments If your shipment is significantly delayed, please first contact the courier directly. If issues persist, you may reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

5.3 Damaged Shipments If you receive a damaged package, it is your responsibility to file a claim directly with the courier. We recommend photographing the damage as evidence to assist your claim.

Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for your interest in our pre-order items. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Estimated Availability
Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive within a specified timeframe. While we strive to provide accurate estimated arrival dates, these timeframes are not guaranteed and may change due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Delays
Many of our pre-order items rely on international shipping and third-party suppliers. As a result, delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or global logistics disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by international shipping or circumstances outside of our control.

Order Fulfillment
Your order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item arrives at our facility and is processed. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Updates & Communication
We will do our best to keep customers informed of any significant changes or delays regarding pre-order items. However, we appreciate your patience and understanding as timelines may shift.
